netSMartz
(heres the link to the website):
NetSmartz has a lot of online resources that can be used to protect students from the dangers of the internet. There are four different outlets: videos, presentations, tip sheets, and lesson plans. These are all different examples of ways you can educate students on the dangers of the online world. I personally think this is a good site to help students become more knowledgable about the online dangers and ways to be more careful about the information you put out there. The presentations serve as a good visual to show students how these victims are hurt and physically upset from cyberbullying. NetSmartz videos also provide real-life stories of victims of cyberbullying. By showing these stories, students can see the direct impact someones words and actions have on a person. It also makes the issue more real, instead of just something thats talked about. The lesson plans are also a good tool because the students can learn about the dangers of cyberbullying and online warnings in a way that makes sense to them.
