T-Pack Framework
Tech-Pack is a developed theory used for teachers to align technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge. It is designed to show teachers that they are effectively teaching when incorporating technology.

Here is a link to a rubric for a T-Pack lesson plan that I will be referencing. T-Pack is a great tool for teachers because it is a way for them to reflect on their technology instruction and how it can best be implemented in the classroom. To obtain high scores on a T-Pack rubric, it would be a successful instructional environment to be able to implement an even blend into the lessons. By doing this, the teacher is not spending as much time on the technological aspect, while aligning the curriculum to the way in which it will be taught. It is vital for teachers to have an understanding of how the three are all connected, why the technology is being used in that specific form, how the students will be using it, and how it is aligned with state or school standards.
From other T-Pack rubrics I have come across, most of them have stressed the idea of an even spread to implement technology, curriculum, and pedagogy into the classroom environment.
